- Ability to work in any department including deli, meat and seafood, bakery, grocery, produce and floral, and front-end
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their needs and help with meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of store products and weekly ad items
- Assist guests across departments to enhance their shopping experience
- Merchandise and stock products throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the store
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
