Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow uniform and presentation standards
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Ability to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain product knowledge and assist in merchandising
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items to create a hospitable shopping experience
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
- Assist guests in a courteous and timely manner
