Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Willingness to work in any of the store departments
- Physical ability to perform stocking and housekeeping duties
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to presenting self in a professional manner
- Compliance with The Fresh Market’s uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of grocery store operations preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service consistently
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items
- Assist guests across departments
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally adhering to uniform standards
