Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in any department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Ability to engage with guests and assist them with their shopping needs
- Adherence to uniform standards
- Ability to perform general housekeeping duties

Job Duties
- Engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs so that you can help them create their meal solution
- Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and working across departments to assist guests
- Creating a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while also making sure nearby guests are assisted
- Gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and assisting in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
- Working a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Providing extraordinary service to all guests
