Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across all store departments to assist guests effectively
- Merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
- Gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and assisting with general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness
- Presenting oneself professionally and adhering to uniform standards
- Collaborate across different departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End to support store operations
- Create a welcoming and hospitable shopping experience for all guests
