- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Ability to engage with guests to understand their needs
- Knowledge of store products and weekly ad items
- Ability to assist across departments
- Ability to merchandise and stock products
- Ability to perform general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and follow uniform standards
