Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- good communication skills
- customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- willingness to work in various departments as needed

- basic knowledge of grocery products is preferred but not required
- ability to assist guests in a friendly and helpful manner

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs so as to help them create meal solutions
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- assist guests across multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- merchandise and stock products and specialty items consistently throughout the day
- gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness
- present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
- create an inviting and hospitable shopping experience for all guests
