Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to work across various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Ability to adhere to professional appearance and uniform standards
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as merchandising, stocking, and gathering shopping carts

Job Duties
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Ensure nearby guests are assisted while merchandising
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
