Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to work in various store departments
- Ability to follow uniform standards and company policies
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cart retrieval
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in multiple store departments including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage guests and respond to their needs
- Knowledge of retail operations beneficial but not required
- Minimum age of 16 years
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and understanding their needs
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly promotions across departments
- Assist guests in creating meal solutions
- Merchandising and stocking products throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a hospitable shopping environment
