Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- ability to work in various departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- maintaining product knowledge
- performing merchandising and stocking duties
- assisting with store housekeeping
- presenting oneself professionally

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- working across departments to assist guests
- creating a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- assisting with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- presenting oneself in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
