- ability to work in various departments including deli, meat and seafood, bakery, grocery, produce and floral, and front-end
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as stocking and gathering carts

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to understand their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- work across departments to assist guests
- create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
- gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
