- Ability to work in any one department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Capability to assist guests and maintain product knowledge
- Ability to perform merchandising and stocking duties
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Assist guests across departments
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
