Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- ability to work in any one of the departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- knowledge of grocery products and meal solutions preferred
- team player with strong communication skills
- age at least 16 years
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create their meal solution
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- work across departments to assist guests
- merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- assist in general housekeeping duties
- present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
