Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in any store department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End
- Commitment to uphold the company’s guest service standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and merchandise display
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and professional appearance guidelines
- Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or grocery experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated passion for providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their needs and offer meal solutions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products and weekly promotions
- Assist guests across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Merchandize and stock specialty products throughout the day
- Ensure a hospitable shopping experience by keeping store areas tidy and assisting guests
- Collect shopping carts from parking areas and perform general housekeeping duties
- Present oneself professionally by adhering to uniform standards
