Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work across multiple departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Good communication skills
- Ability to assist customers and work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests and maintain a hospitable shopping environment
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
