Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in any department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage guests and provide excellent customer service
- Capacity to maintain product knowledge and assist in merchandising and stocking
- Willingness to perform general housekeeping duties
- Commitment to adhere to company uniform and presentation standards

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs so that you can help them create their meal solution
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present oneself in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Demonstrate a passion for providing extraordinary service
