Job Requirements

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests

Job Qualifications
- A passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in any one of the store's departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests and maintain a hospitable shopping environment
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
