Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cart gathering
- Capacity to work across multiple departments
- Commitment to adhere to company uniform and professional standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain knowledge of product offerings and sales promotions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to learn their needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain product knowledge and weekly ad information throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist in gathering shopping carts from the parking lot
- Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
