This employment opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise located at 1505 Donelson Parkway in Dover, Tennessee. Unlike working directly for McDonald’s Corporation, this restaurant is managed by a local franchisee who holds full responsibility for all employment decisions, including hiring, scheduling, staffing, and disciplinary actions. Job Requirements

Ability to legally work in the United States
Be available to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
No prior experience required but a willingness to learn is essential
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Good interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

Greeting customers with a smile
Taking accurate food orders

Partnering with other crew and managers to meet target goals during your shift
