Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Able to maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to assist with general housekeeping and stocking duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multiple departments and multitask
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for excellent guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs
- Assist guests in creating meal solutions by leveraging product knowledge
- Maintain awareness of products and weekly promotions throughout the store
- Work across departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End as needed
- Merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
