Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to engage with guests and understand their needs
- Must be able to work in any of the departments mentioned
- Ability to perform merchandising and stocking duties
- Capability to assist with housekeeping and cart gathering duties
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in any one of the store departments including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, and Front-End
- Ability to maintain professional presentation and adhere to uniform standards
- Effective communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of store products and weekly promotions
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs so that you can help them create their meal solution
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day while also making sure nearby guests are assisted
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
