Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to work in various store departments
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and gathering shopping carts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- A passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- At least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across store departments
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist customers and colleagues across departments as needed
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform store housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
