Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to work in any department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform stocking and merchandising duties
Commitment to maintain professionalism and uniform standards

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs so that you can help them create their meal solution
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests
Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
Assist in gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store
Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
Support teamwork and collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain store cleanliness
