Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in various departments of the store
- Willingness to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
- Capacity to perform merchandising and stocking tasks
- Ability to assist with housekeeping duties
- Physical ability to gather shopping carts
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in any one of the store's departments including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, or Front-End
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and assist guests promptly
- Basic knowledge of food products preferred
- Minimum age of 16 years
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Assist guests across departments
- Merchandize and stock products and specialty items during the day
- Ensure shopping carts are gathered from the parking lot
- Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
