Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to work in various departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to company uniform policies
- Capable of performing general housekeeping and stock merchandising tasks
- Commitment to creating a hospitable shopping environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers to understand their needs and assist in meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of store products and weekly promotions across all departments
- Merchandize and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests throughout the store making their shopping experience hospitable and satisfying
- Perform general housekeeping duties including gathering shopping carts from the parking lot
- Present oneself professionally and adhere to uniform standards
- Work across departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End as needed
