Job Requirements
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- ability to work in any one or multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- commitment to excellent guest service
- ability to engage with guests effectively
- capacity to maintain professional appearance and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- work across departments to assist guests
- create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- assist guests in the store including gathering shopping carts and performing housekeeping duties
- present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
