- Willingness to work in various store departments
- Ability to maintain professional appearance including adhering to uniform standards
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as gathering shopping carts and stocking shelves
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Ability to work in any store department such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with team members
- Basic understanding of merchandising and stocking
- Effective communication skills
- At least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
