Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
ability to work in any one of the store's departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to maintain product knowledge and merchandising skills
willingness to assist guests and coworkers
commitment to professional appearance and uniform standards
availability for part-time employment

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
assist guests across departments
merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties
present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
