Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to work in any department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- willingness to engage with guests and provide outstanding service
- ability to maintain product knowledge and assist across departments
- capacity to perform merchandising, stocking, housekeeping, and cart gathering duties
- adherence to professional appearance and uniform standards
- ability to uphold company values of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help them create their meal solution
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests
- create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests
- gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
- uphold a passion for providing extraordinary service
