Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt to different store departments
Commitment to uphold company standards and guest satisfaction
Ability to follow safety protocols and store policies

Job Qualifications

Passion for providing extraordinary service
Ability to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Basic knowledge of grocery products and merchandising preferred
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Age 16 or older

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
Assist guests nearby while performing stocking duties
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties
Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
