Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
- Ability to perform general housekeeping duties
- Ability to engage with customers effectively
- Commitment to adhere to company uniform standards
- Eligible to work in the relevant jurisdiction
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in any store department including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain product knowledge and familiarity with weekly promotions
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandize and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
