Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform stocking duties
Willingness to work in various departments including deli, bakery, produce, grocery, meat and seafood, and front-end
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Adherence to company uniform standards
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
Work across departments to assist guests
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items during the day
Assist guests nearby while stocking
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties
Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
