Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Passion for excellent guest service
- Ability to work in any of the store’s departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Ability to engage with guests and assist in meal solution creation
- Ability to maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards
- Capability to perform general housekeeping duties and maintain the store environment
- Professional appearance that complies with uniform standards

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests with meal solutions
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests while maintaining a hospitable shopping experience
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
