Job Requirements
- Ability to work in any store department including deli, meat, seafood, bakery, grocery, produce, floral, and front-end
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of grocery retail operations preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create their meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and assist across departments
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
