- Ability to work in any department including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, and Front-End
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Ability to engage with customers and assist in meal solutions

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs to assist in meal solutions
- Maintain product knowledge and awareness of weekly ad items
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
