Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in any of the store departments, including deli, meat & seafood, bakery, grocery, produce & floral, and front-end
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Ability to assist with merchandising, stocking, and housekeeping duties
- Willingness to engage with guests and maintain product knowledge

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly promotions throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests in the store and ensure a hospitable shopping experience
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
