Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to engage with guests in a professional manner
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping duties
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments
- Strong customer service orientation
- Adherence to company uniform and professional standards

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests while merchandising
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
