Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Strong customer service skills
Ability to engage with guests and understand their needs
Ability to maintain product knowledge
Ability to merchandise and stock products
Ability to perform housekeeping duties

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
Work across departments to assist guests
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
Assist guests in the store while maintaining store presentation
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
