- Ability to work in any one of the departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Ability to engage with guests effectively
- Ability to maintain knowledge of products and promotions
- Ability to perform merchandising and stocking tasks
- Ability to assist with housekeeping duties
- Commitment to presenting self professionally

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create their meal solution
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist in general housekeeping duties including gathering shopping carts
- Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
