Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to work in any one department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage guests and understand their needs
- Capability to perform merchandising and stocking tasks
- Commitment to professional appearance and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs so they can create meal solutions
- Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and assisting guests across departments
- Creating a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assisting guests nearby while merchandising
- Gathering shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assisting in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Presenting self professionally and adhering to uniform standards
