Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in various departments
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as stocking and gathering carts
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and professionalism standards
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in any store department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Ability to engage effectively with guests
- Knowledge of retail store operations is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- At least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests while merchandising and stocking
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
