Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work effectively in any one of the departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to maintain product knowledge
- Capability to perform merchandising and stocking duties
- Willingness to assist with general housekeeping and shopping cart retrieval

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot
- Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
