Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Passion for customer service
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Reliable and professional appearance
Willingness to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cart retrieval
Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Duties

Engage with guests to learn their preferences and help create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments to assist guests
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
Assist with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot
Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store
Present self professionally adhering to uniform standards
Provide exceptional guest service consistently
