Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
ability to work in any one of the store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to engage with guests to understand their needs
basic knowledge or willingness to learn about fresh food products
ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and cart retrieval
maintain professionalism and adhere to uniform standards
flexible availability for part-time work

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store
assist guests across different departments
merchandize and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
gather shopping carts from the parking lot
assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
