Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to engage with customers and provide friendly service
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as stocking, gathering carts, and housekeeping
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- commitment to working in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- ability to work in any store department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- no prior experience required but customer service skills are beneficial
- willingness to learn and assist across departments
- ability to interact positively with guests
- at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- work across departments to assist guests
- create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- assist nearby guests while stocking
- gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
