Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and housekeeping
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a team
- Adherence to company uniform and professional appearance standards
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary guest service
- Ability to work in multiple departments including deli, meat & seafood, bakery, grocery, produce & floral, and front-end
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
- Basic knowledge of grocery or retail operations preferred
- At least 16 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist in creating meal solutions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of store products and weekly specials across departments to provide informed assistance
- Merchandize and stock products and specialty items throughout the day ensuring product availability and presentation
- Assist guests proactively while maintaining a hospitable shopping atmosphere
- Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness
- Present yourself professionally by adhering to uniform and appearance standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to support store operations and guest satisfaction
