Job Requirements

Food handlers card
TAM card
The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and un-assisted
The ability to respond quickly to sounds
The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
The ability to safely climb ladders
The ability to work in cold temperatures
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Excellent organizational skills to manage cashier duties efficiently
Proficiency in English
Multilingual abilities are advantageous

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
Accurately take guest orders, suggestive sell items as appropriate and efficiently use a point of sale (POS) system
Assist customers with menu inquiries and making order decisions
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
ensure that guest is 100% satisfied with their order
Orders taking can be in store or via phone for pick up or delivery orders
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Promote sales by showcasing product in clean display case
