Job Requirements
- The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and un-assisted
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- The ability to safely climb ladders
- The ability to work in cold temperatures
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
- The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage cashier duties efficiently
- Proficiency in English
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Accurately take guest orders, suggestive sell items as appropriate and efficiently use a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with menu inquiries and making order decisions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure that guests are 100% satisfied with their order
- Take orders in store or via phone for pick up or delivery orders
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote sales by showcasing products in a clean display case
