Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service or restaurant experience
General knowledge of POS system
Strong communication skills
Great customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and learn quickly

Job Duties

Deliver effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, guest interaction, cleanliness, food safety
Use Point of Sale system/cash register
Explain menu items to customers
Build relationships with guests
Deliver food to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Cross train in various front of house positions
Have fun and contribute to a positive work environment
