Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote sales programs like Findmore
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize point-of-sale systems to support line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts and recovery tasks
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards for sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
